ABOUT SPEAKER
Dr. Naila Erum is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Seremban Campus, Malaysia. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Accounting Research Institute, UiTM Shah Alam. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor at Rawalpindi Women University, Pakistan. She holds a PhD in Government and Public Policy and a master’s in economics. Her research focuses on governance, sustainability, energy policy, and public finance. She has published extensively in international journals such as Air Quality, Atmosphere & Health, Environmental Quality Management, Resources Policy, and Environmental Science and Pollution Research, applying CS-ARDL and other advanced econometric methods in her empirical work. She is a recipient of the PhD Indigenous Scholarship awarded by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, and was honored with the Runner-Up Research Excellence Award from the National Defence University, Pakistan.
