The competition is open to all current diploma, degree and postgraduate students, both taught and research based.
Posters should be A0 size and we strongly advise that you consider laminating your poster to prevent any possible damages.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We regret that feedback may not be given to entrants.
If multiple students are engaged in a research project, each may submit a separate entry only if the content covered by each entry is unique, e.g. different aspects of the research project/question are encompassed.
You are the sole contributor of your entry. All aspects of your entry, including graphics, are to be your own work. Any included interviews or close-up photographs of identifiable people are to be used with their written permission.
1 chair is provided without a table. Please prepare a poster with your own stand.
2 juries will evaluate each project separately or simultaneously.
Before and after the evaluation, other participants/delegates may come to your project. Participants are advised to be present at respective zone/area throughout the event.
You may display a model, prototype, sample (if any) or lap-top presentation and any support documents to the judges electronically through your smart phone (no table is provided).
NOTE: Many airlines now require that bunting tubes (or roll-on) and the stand be checked rather than brought as carry-on luggage. Please check with your airline prior to traveling. ABSTRACT GUIDELINE
Abstract must be in one paragraph only consist of 250-400 words.
Abstract must be written in English and free of spelling and grammar mistake.
A good abstract contains a background, problem statement, objective, novelty, findings etc.
