The competition is open to all current diploma, degree and postgraduate students, both taught and research based.
Posters should be A4 size.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We regret that feedback may not be given to the entrants.
If multiple students are engaged in a research project, each may submit a separate entry only if the content covered by each entry is unique, e.g. different aspects of the research project/question are encompassed.
Abstract must be in one paragraph only consist of 250-400 words.
Abstract must be written in English and free of spelling and grammar mistake.
A good abstract contains a background, problem statement, objective, novelty, findings etc.

The poster must be submitted in PDF/JPEG/PNG format only.
Video must be uploaded in the YouTube channel. Please set the privacy setting to 'UNLISTED' if you want to restrict the audience to those who has the link only.
Submit your video link to email@example.com. Following the submission of the video link, the presenter should add following information to the mail content;
Title of the project
Name of the leader
Please make sure that the video are:
Clear sound and lighting
Minimum background noise
There is no restriction to use other support video presentation such as Powtoon, Spark video, power point video presentation or a recording of you presenting the product. We suggest you to emphasis on the evaluation criteria as shown below A clear and creative video presentation will give a good impression to the juries. VIDEO DURATION IS STRICTLY LIMIT TO 5 MINUTES ONLY. The deadline to submit the video link is on 26 June 2020.

FULL PAPER GUIDELINE
You may submit a full paper of your research by following strictly the template below. However it is not a compulsory. Publication fee is RM50/USD15.
The number of page is 6. Additional page is charged RM15/USD4 each.
Text in English with evidence of proofreading
Paper must be a scientific/academic paper that is divided into the following sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion.
